Published by Editions Arcade under the sponsorship of the Banque de Paris et des Pays-Bas of Brussels and in collaboration with the Siemens Corporate of Brussels and the Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft of Hamburg, the printing of the present volume was completed on June 30, 1968 by the Presses of the imprimeries and ateliers d'arts graphiques Leemans and Loiseau, Inc., of Brussels. 

The plates for the illustrations were executed in the workshops of photogravure De Schutter, Inc., of Antwerp.

The book was designed by fernand Baudin. The texte was printed on climatic special 140 gr. paper manufactured by Papeteries de Virginal Inc.

The color plates were printed on double coated art paper alfatype manufactured by Copa, Turnhout, Inc. 

The binding was done in the workshops of J.Austraet, M.A.P., in Brussels.
